CONSULTATION:

At ELIXIR BATHROOMS Lincoln we ask that all of our clients come and spend some time with us here in the showroom so that can discuss your exact requirements and any ideas that you may already have. You can enjoy a leisurely browse and an informal chat with fully qualified (not commission based) design led sales team. It also means that you can touch and feel the quality of the items and make sure they are right for you. Many of our clients bring in their existing room sizes as this helps us with the initial consultation of advising which products will fit and work best within your space.

Hopefully once we have seen measurements we will be able to advise a layout that you probably never thought was possible but will transform your room.

DESIGN:

All our designs will be hand-drawn to scale so that you can see exactly how your room is going to be laid out. Hand drawing these plans enables us to get it exactly right for you using all of our product knowledge, we are not relying on a computer package which is geared around selling a particular manufacturers product. We also feel that because you are working with a qualified designer, hand drawn plans give a personal touch to your individually designed room.

We like to work closely with our clients to establish a brief for the room and more importantly a wish list of items that you would like to see in that room. We will help and advise on tile choices and accessories, every last detail will be chosen by you but with guidance and advice of experienced, fully trained staff, to help you every step of the way.

We will not allow you to make a mistake!

TECHNICAL SURVEY:

We can arrange a home visit so that we can collate all the technical measurements and assess all pipe-work and exactly what is and isn't possible with your room. This survey will generally take place one evening and usually takes around thirty minutes of your time. All the work is then collated at the showroom the next day, where we will set to work with the information gathered.

INSTALLATION:

We will undertake a whole project from start to finish. We will remove your current bathroom and put it in a skip, which is placed on site for the duration of your installation. We will then ensure that everything is taken care of - PLUMBING, JOINERY, PLASTERING, ELECTRICS and TILING.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT:

We will oversee every aspect of your bathroom installation. Because we are family run company you will be able to deal with the same people throughout your whole experience. The person who designed and discussed your bathroom requirements will also oversee the tradesmen on site and ensure everything is taken care of smoothly.
