CONSULTATION

At Elixir Bathrooms, Lincoln, we ask that all of our clients come and spend some time with us here in the showroom in order to discuss your exact requirements and any ideas that you may already have. You can enjoy a leisurely browse and an informal chat with fully qualified (non-commission based) design led sales team. It also means that you can touch and feel the quality of the items and make sure they are right for you. Many of our clients bring in their existing room sizes as this helps us with the initial consultation of advising which products will fit and work best within your space.

Hopefully once we have seen measurements we will be able to advise a layout that you probably never thought was possible but will transform your room.

 

 

TECHNICAL SURVEY

We can arrange a home visit in order to collate all the technical measurements, assess all pipe-work and understand exactly what is and isn’t possible within your room. This survey will generally take place one evening and usually takes around thirty minutes of your time. All of the data is then taken to the showroom the next day, where we will set to work with the information gathered.

AFTERCARE

After the completion of your installation, you will be given all instruction sheets and user manuals in one safe pack by our workmen. Technical support is available from ourselves and/or the manufacturers of your products if you are unsure as to maintenance or upkeep. We aim to always be the first port of call for you in order to resolve/help with anything you require after the installation is complete.
